Open Mic, James Bay, Osmosis

Dr Pan on the Chinese Harp opened the Osmosis show. He played two beautiful songs. The first was the fisherman's song. The audiences was enchanted.

Colleen. She sang two wonderful and humorous songs. Everyone laughed and even sang along.  There is something fairylike about her.

Graham. Song writer and performer. Mezmerized the audience.

The main event. Entertained us with humorous love songs that everyone identified with.
The audience had a great time. This is a highly popular Friday event. The chairs quickly ran out and people were standing or sitting on milk crates with cushions.  Tea and treats at the break.

Summer Scenes, Victoria

Tower Point, Moms and Kids

Ducks and Peacocks, Beacon Hill Park

Holland Point Scribbles
When the weather gets warm again everyone loves to get out to get some sun. I love capturing the sense of community in all sorts of creatures.

Sometimes I begin my sketches as scribbles and then look for the right lines and angles to define the figures.

Open Mic at James Bay Coffee and Books

Every Friday James Bay Coffee and Books has Open Mic. I like to go there to enjoy the music and local talent. I always bring my sketch book.
